The poultice is very practical because it allows you to apply the active ingredients directly to the area(s) in question. You can store the poultice for several hours. Do not reuse it, throw it away after use.

Basic ingredients for 1 dose of 2.5 ml

• Fresh or dried medicinal herbs
• A little water
• Sterilized plastic wrap or gauze

Production protocol

• Select the medicinal herbs (fresh or dried).
• Place them in a bowl:
  • If the plants are dry, add some hot (but not boiling) water to moisturize them.
  • If the plants are fresh, add some water, but only a little to soften them.
  • If the plants are whole, chop them finely to make a paste.
  • If you are using clay or plant powder, don't forget to add enough water to make a paste.
• Put the paste on plastic wrap or gauze.
• Apply the paste directly to the affected area. Wrap it in plastic wrap to stabilize the poultice, but don't press too hard.

Advice / Precautions

• Add water little by little to obtain a homogeneous and pleasant paste.
