For one cup of rooibos infusion, use:
- 1 teaspoon of rooibos leaves and stems
- Approximately 200 ml of water.
Preparation
- Heat water to boiling, then add the boiling water over the rooibos leaves and stems.
- Let it infuse for 10 minutes (to get an effective dose of active substance).
- Filter.
Dosage
Drink a cup of tea several times a day.
