Ingredients
- 400 grams of Dog-rose
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Approximately 1 liter of water
- 250 grams of sugar
Preparation
- Pick the fruit of the Dog-rose.
- Cook the fruit with water and cinnamon for about 20 to 30 minutes, until soft.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and mix.
- Add the sugar and wait until it is well diluted.
- Pour into warm bottles.
Dosage
1 to 2 tablespoons of syrup per day. Dilute with water if necessary.
Shelf life: 1 year if the bottle is tightly closed and stored away from light. Once opened, the syrup lasts only a few days, in which case it must be stored in the refrigerator.
