Cherry Stems Decoction



Indications

Ingredients

For one cup of tea of cherry stem decoction, use:

  • 10 grams or one tablespoon of fresh or dried cherry stems
  • 500 mL of water

Preparation

  1. Cut the cherry stems into several pieces.
  2. Place the cut stems in a pot with 500 ml of cold water.
  3. Boil the stems for 5 minutes.
  4. Let the preparation infuse for 20 minutes.
  5. Filter.

Dosage

Drink this decoction up to 3 times a day.
