Ingredients
For one cup of tea of cherry stem decoction, use:
- 10 grams or one tablespoon of fresh or dried cherry stems
- 500 mL of water
Preparation
- Cut the cherry stems into several pieces.
- Place the cut stems in a pot with 500 ml of cold water.
- Boil the stems for 5 minutes.
- Let the preparation infuse for 20 minutes.
- Filter.
Dosage
Drink this decoction up to 3 times a day.
