For one cup of cumin infusion, you will need:
- 1.5 to 2 gr (1 to 2 teaspoons) of dried cumin berries
- About 200 ml of water
Preparation
- The first step, advised but not necessary, is to grind the nuts in a mortar with a pestle to release the essential oil that is in the nuts.
- Then add the crushed fruits into a cup.
- Bring the water to a boil and add the boiling water to the crushed berries.
- Leave to infuse for about ten minutes (to get an effective dose of active substances).
- Filter eventually.
Dosage
Drink a cup of infusion several times a day in case of digestive disorders.
