Ingredients
- 80 grams of garlic (about 2 small cloves)
- 150 ml water
- 200 grams of sugar or honey
- 1 garlic press
Preparation
- Peel the garlic and squeeze it using a garlic press.
- Boil the water and sugar or honey until completely melted.
- Put the squeezed garlic into the water-sugar/honey mixture.
- Heat until a syrupy mixture is obtained (you will notice large bubbles, a sign that cooking must be stopped. This takes about 10 minutes).
- Allow to cool.
- Put the syrup in a bottle.
Dosage
Take 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture per day.
