Indications
Ingredients
- 100 grams of fresh or dried valerian root
- 500 ml 70° alcohol (alcohol taken orally)
- You can use instead of 70° alcohol a brandy.
You can prepare a smaller amount of the tincture, for example 10 grams of valerian root in 50 ml of alcohol.
Preparation
- Let the valerian roots marinate in alcohol for 15 days.
- Filter the mixture and store in a tightly closed jar away from heat.
Dosage
About 30 to 40 drops of this tincture 30 minutes before bedtime, preferably diluted in a glass of water.
Notes
Caution, this mixture contains alcohol and this medicine is contraindicated in people who cannot drink alcohol, for example, for medical reasons, such as pregnant women and children.
