Yarrow Tincture



Ingredients

  • 30 g of Yarrow flowers
  • transparent bottle (250 ml)

Preparation

  1. Place the Yarrow flowers in the bottom of a jar, this should be about 2/3 of the height of the jar. Add 120g of alcohol. If you don't have a way to measure the amount of alcohol, make sure to fill the jar with alcohol to cover the flowers.
  2. Place the jar tightly closed in a warm, bright place, you can also leave it in the sun.
  3. Let this mixture macerate for 20 days, about 3 weeks.
  4. Shake the bottle regularly, if possible every day.
  5. Filter.

Dosage

Take 15 to 20 drops of this tincture and dilute it in a little water.

Take 3 times a day, 30 minutes before a meal to stimulate digestion

In cases of digestive problems (e.g. indigestion) take 30 minutes after a meal.

The tincture of yarrow acts primarily as a spasmolytic and anti-inflammatory.
