Preparation

Warning: since this is an eye preparation, do it in as clean an environment as possible.

• Add 2 to 3 grams of chopped dried Eyebright to 100 mL of boiling water. Let it rest for 10 minutes and filter.
• Wait for the mixture to cool.

Dosage

Apply the mixture as a compress 3 or 4 times a day.

Note

It is possible to make a tincture of Eyebright by leaving the plants in an alcoholic solution and applying a few drops on the eyelid.
