Ingredients
- 20 g dried Lemon balm leaves
- 80 g of 70° alcohol
Preparation
- Soak the lemon balm leaves in alcohol for a few days (up to 15 days for a good concentration of active ingredients).
- Filter the mixture and store in a well-sealed bottle away from heat.
Dosage
Internal use (see above under use): drink 15 to 20 drops of this mixture 2 to 3 times a day, for example in a little sugar water.
External use (see above under use): rub the tincture of lemon balm over the sore area.
