Ingredients
For one cup of rosemary infusion tea:
- 2 g or 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary (double the dose in case of fresh rosemary)
- Approximately 200 ml water
Preparation
- Heat the water to a boil and add it over the rosemary.
- Let the infusion rest for ten minutes (to get an effective dose of the active substances).
Dosage
Drink a cup of rosemary infusion tea several times a day (every 3 hours during the headache).
