Rosemary Infusion



Ingredients

For one cup of rosemary infusion tea:

  • 2 g or 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary (double the dose in case of fresh rosemary)
  • Approximately 200 ml water

Preparation

  1. Heat the water to a boil and add it over the rosemary.
  2. Let the infusion rest for ten minutes (to get an effective dose of the active substances).

Dosage

Drink a cup of rosemary infusion tea several times a day (every 3 hours during the headache).

Ask your naturopath for a more personalized dose.
