Ingredients
For 200 ml of juice:
- 2-3 slices of ripe pineapple
- A few mint leaves
- 100 ml water
- Honey
Preparation
- Cut the pineapple into slices.
- Put 2 or 3 pineapple slices and 100 ml water in a blender.
- Also add mint leaves and a little honey (1-2 teaspoons).
- Shake well for a few minutes.
Dosage
Consume the juice 1-2 times a day.
Shelf life: about 12 hours (if kept refrigerated). Best consumed immediately.
