Pineapple Juice



Ingredients

For 200 ml of juice:

  • 2-3 slices of ripe pineapple
  • A few mint leaves
  • 100 ml water
  • Honey 

Preparation

  1. Cut the pineapple into slices.
  2. Put 2 or 3 pineapple slices and 100 ml water in a blender.
  3. Also add mint leaves and a little honey (1-2 teaspoons).
  4. Shake well for a few minutes.

Dosage

Consume the juice 1-2 times a day.
Shelf life: about 12 hours (if kept refrigerated). Best consumed immediately.
