Potato Juice (raw)



Ingredients

For 100 to 200 mL juice:

  • 2 potatoes (raw)
  • About 100-200 mL water

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes.
  2. Put the potatoes (cut in 4, for example) and the water in the blender.
  3. Blend well for a few minutes.

Dosage

Drink 50 ml of the juice (1 small glass) before meals in case of gastric acidity, 2-3 times a day.

Carry out the treatment for three weeks, and repeat if necessary.

Shelf life: about 12 hours (if kept under refrigeration). Otherwise, consumption should be immediate.

Notes

This juice is rich in basic (alkaline) substances such as starch and certain minerals, which neutralize stomach acid.
