Ingredients
- Green ground clay
Preparation
- Fill a container with ground clay
- Cover with cold water
- Do not mix!
- The clay absorbs ....
- If it is too liquid add a little more clay, if it is too hard add more water (with time and experience the proportions will adjust).
Dosage
- Cover the infected part with a large clay poultice (directly on the skin). Cover with a clean, ironed handkerchief (to get the microbes out!), and then with a tape to hold it in place (or a bra, in case of a breast abscess).
- Leave in the area no more than 2 hours or less if the clay dries first.
- Renew as often as possible, continue for a few days after healing.
- Do not use the same clay several times, throw it away after use!
- Do not use over suture points!
Obervations
There are different types of clay:
- Green clay (used for detoxification, rich in iron)
- White clay (rich in aluminum, with antiseptic and healing properties)
- Caramel clay (used for example against acne)
- Red clay (rich in iron, promotes circulation)
- Blue clay (in case of skin inflammation)
