Preparation

  1. Fill a container with ground clay
  2. Cover with cold water

  5. If it is too liquid add a little more clay, if it is too hard add more water (with time and experience the proportions will adjust).

Dosage

  • Cover the infected part with a large clay poultice (directly on the skin). Cover with a clean, ironed handkerchief (to get the microbes out!), and then with a tape to hold it in place (or a bra, in case of a breast abscess).
  • Leave in the area no more than 2 hours or less if the clay dries first.
  • Renew as often as possible, continue for a few days after healing.
  • Do not use the same clay several times, throw it away after use!
  • Do not use over suture points!

Obervations

There are different types of clay:

  • Green clay (used for detoxification, rich in iron)
  • White clay (rich in aluminum, with antiseptic and healing properties)
  • Caramel clay (used for example against acne)
  • Red clay (rich in iron, promotes circulation)
  • Blue clay (in case of skin inflammation)
