• 50 ml alcoholic tincture (AT) of Nettle
• 50 ml alcoholic tincture (AT) of Oats

Preparation

• Mix all the ingredients together.

Precautions

• Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children.

Everything will depend on the liquid concentrate chosen:

• alcoholic tincture (AT)
• vinegar tincture (VT)
• glycerine tincture (GT)
