The best known and most widely used, it is rich in minerals.

It is absorbent and has anti-inflammatory, detoxifying and demineralising properties.

It can be used in compresses, soaps, scrubs, masks, etc.

Lanolin

Lanolin is a natural wax derived from sheep.

It is also known as "wool grease" or "wool wax".

Its texture is similar to Vaseline.

Like beeswax, it is used in the manufacture of cosmetic and medicinal products.

This wax is an excellent emollient and moisturiser and adds shine to your formulations.

Beeswax and honey

Beeswax is good for solidifying mixtures.

It is an emulsifier, softener and emollient.

It is used in soaps, balms, ointments, etc.

Honey is used for its antiseptic, antibacterial and softening properties in preparations such as lozenges, syrups, ointments, etc.
