Mango Lassi

Ingredients
- 1 jar of yoghurt
- 1/2 ripe mango
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Chop the mango.
- Place all the ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Banana Lassi
- For this recipe, peel 2 bananas, add lemon juice, mash them with a fork and divide them into glasses.
- In a glass with a lid, add 4 natural yoghurts, 40cl cold milk, 80g icing sugar, the seeds of 2 cardamom pods and 12 ice cubes.
- Shake well and quickly to prevent the ice cubes from melting.
- Strain and pour into glasses.
- Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and place a mint sprig in each glass.
- Enjoy your ice-cold drink.
Strawberry Lassi
Ingredients
- 200g of strawberries
- One whipped yoghurt
- One tablespoon vanilla sugar
- One tonka bean
- 10cl milk
- 3 ice cubes
- Pink sugar to decorate the drink
Instructions
- Wash and peel the strawberries.
- Then put the various ingredients in a blender or mixer (grate the tonka bean).
- Blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- When ready, sprinkle with pink sugar and serve chilled.
Raspberry Lassi
This recipe is also very easy to prepare:
- Mash 250 g of raspberries.
- Pass the mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds.
- Pour the raspberry puree into the blender jug.
- Add 4 Greek yoghurts, 2 tablespoons of honey and 25 g of sugar.
- Blend and pour into glasses.
- Drink immediately.
Coconut Lassi
- For this recipe, open and slice a mango.
- Then open a cardamom pod and collect the seeds.
- Put them in a blender with 150ml of goat's milk, goat's yoghurt and the mango.
- Blend for one minute.
- Add a tablespoon of grated coconut and 20cl of coconut milk.
- Blend again for 30 seconds.
- When serving, sprinkle with rose petals or crushed pistachios.
Peach Lassi
Ingredients
- 2 peaches (or 2 nectarines)
- 3 whipped yoghurts
- A glass of milk
- One tablespoon of honey
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- First peel the fruit and remove the stones.
- Then put them in a blender and add the milk, honey, yoghurt and cinnamon.
- Blend it all together and put it in the fridge until you are ready to taste it.
The salted lassi
The salted version can be flavoured with coriander or mint leaves, a dash of lemon juice, fresh ginger and salt.
