1. Why change your habits?

We are facing an unprecedented ecological crisis, where environmental collapse and global warming threaten all living beings, both human and non-human. The facts are clear, and scientists are unanimous: we must act now!

It is crucial to immediately cease pollution and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. Our current lifestyles are depleting the planet's resources. Therefore, it is time to change and do what is right!

While major transformations must be social and collective, they can also be individual. It is by multiplying non-polluting alternatives and adopting a more mindful consumption that ecological transition will occur.

In my view, there is not just one solution, but many, and each of us can play our part! We can all contribute by limiting our waste, consuming more sparingly, opting for second-hand or locally sourced products, as well as voting, campaigning, or boycotting certain brands, for example.

Our small individual actions help raise awareness and create a positive feedback loop, as they trigger internal change and can be a vector for greater commitment!

If each of us changes a little, we can change everything. Indeed, change comes from within society, and by taking small steps, we can show businesses and politicians the kind of society we want!
