Dolomite is a rock of sedimentary origin composed of dolomite: a double carbonate of calcium and magnesium with the chemical formula CaMg(CO3)2 and calcite.

Dosage
It is recommended to adjust the dosage according to the calcium and magnesium content of the dolomite powder.

Contraindications and side effects

Side effects: Some people may experience abdominal pain or diarrhoea due to absorption problems. In this case, it is recommended to combine dolomite with vitamin B6.
To facilitate the absorption of magnesium and calcium and to improve digestion, it is recommended to combine it with other substances:
- To trap magnesium and facilitate its assimilation: Vitamin B6 (consume less than 50mg/day of vitamin B6)
- Fight stress: Taurine
- Encourage calcium absorption: Vitamin D
