The different forms
Heather pollen comes in the form of dried or fresh pollen, or even freshly frozen.
The latter form has the advantage of retaining all its benefits and is easier to store.
Dosage
There is no official dosage for heather pollen. However, we can recommend taking it regularly, even on a long-term basis.
One tablespoon a day is a good starting point. However, the dose should be reduced for children.
Be careful not to take it with hot food or drinks as this will reduce its effectiveness.
Contraindications
Allergic individuals should take precautions when ingesting heather pollen, including pregnant women.
If in doubt, or for young children, seek medical advice.
