Caraway infusion



Indications

Ingredients

For one cup of cumin infusion, you will need:

  • 1.5 to 2 gr (1 to 2 teaspoons) of dried cumin berries
  • About 200 ml of water

Preparation

  1. The first step, advised but not necessary, is to grind the nuts in a mortar with a pestle to release the essential oil that is in the nuts.
  2. Then add the crushed fruits into a cup.
  3. Bring the water to a boil and add the boiling water to the crushed berries.
  4. Leave to infuse for about ten minutes (to get an effective dose of active substances).
  5. Filter eventually.

Dosage

Drink a cup of infusion several times a day in case of digestive disorders.
