Peppermint Tincture



Ingredients

  • 20 grams of peppermint leaves and flower buds
  • 1 liter of 70° alcohol

Preparation

  1. Let the mint and alcohol macerate in a jar for a week, away from light.
  2. Shake the jar regularly.
  3. Strain the mixture.

Dosage

Apply and rub into painful areas.
