Gentian Maceration



  • 3 grams of dried gentian roots
  • 200 ml of water

Preparation

  • Heat water to boiling.
  • Pour boiling water over the dried gentian roots.
  • Marinate for 4 hours.
  • Strain.

Dosage

Drink it 3 times a day before meals for its tonic effect.

You can also drink this maceration after meals to aid digestion.
