Cabbage / Kale Poultice



Ingredients

  • Cabbage leaves 

Preparation

  1. Place the cabbage leaves on a thin cloth.
  2. Place the thin cloth with the cabbage in a cold oven and set it to 200°C.
  3. Leave the preparation in the oven for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the thick edges.

Dosage

Apply one or two strips of cabbage leaves, previously kneaded with a rolling pin (to remove the juice of the cabbage), to the painful areas (inflamed knee, wrist,...).

Leave it on the affected spot for several hours and fix it with a bandage, avoid squeezing it too tightly.

If possible leave it on overnight.
