Garlic Syrup

Ingredients

  • 80 grams of garlic (about 2 small cloves)
  • 150 ml water
  • 200 grams of sugar or honey
  • 1 garlic press

Preparation

  1. Peel the garlic and squeeze it using a garlic press.
  2. Boil the water and sugar or honey until completely melted.
  3. Put the squeezed garlic into the water-sugar/honey mixture.
  4. Heat until a syrupy mixture is obtained (you will notice large bubbles, a sign that cooking must be stopped. This takes about 10 minutes).
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Put the syrup in a bottle.

Dosage

Take 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture per day.
