Artichoke Infusion



Ingredients

For one cup of artichoke tea, use:

  • 2g (about 2 teaspoons) of artichoke leaves
  • About 200 ml water
  • Acacia honey (if necessary)

Preparation

  1. Heat water to boiling, then add this boiling water to the artichoke leaves (preferably dried leaves).
  2. Let it infuse for ten minutes (in order to get an effective dose of active ingredients).
  3. Filter.
  4. Sweeten, if necessary, with acacia honey, especially if you find the tea too bitter.

Dosage

Drink one cup 2 to 3 times a day, preferably before meals (in any case, outside meals).

Consume for 1 month.

Observations

Artichoke tea can act as an effective "detox" cure.
