Ingredients
For one cup of artichoke tea, use:
- 2g (about 2 teaspoons) of artichoke leaves
- About 200 ml water
- Acacia honey (if necessary)
Preparation
- Heat water to boiling, then add this boiling water to the artichoke leaves (preferably dried leaves).
- Let it infuse for ten minutes (in order to get an effective dose of active ingredients).
- Filter.
- Sweeten, if necessary, with acacia honey, especially if you find the tea too bitter.
Dosage
Drink one cup 2 to 3 times a day, preferably before meals (in any case, outside meals).
Consume for 1 month.
Observations
Artichoke tea can act as an effective "detox" cure.
