Milk Thistle Decoction



Ingredients

For one cup of milk thistle decoction tea, use:

  • 3 g of crushed milk thistle fruit
  • 200 ml water

Preparation

  1. Bring 3 grams of milk thistle to a boil in 200 ml of water.
  2. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Make up for the water lost through evaporation by adding more water.
  3. Strain the mixture.

Dosage

Drink 3 cups a day, preferably before meals. This remedy is useful for liver diseases.

Notes

Milk thistle is very interesting for the treatment of certain food poisoning or overeating (including alcohol), for example, after a party or in case of stomach pain due to liver problems.
