Ingredients
For one cup of milk thistle decoction tea, use:
- 3 g of crushed milk thistle fruit
- 200 ml water
Preparation
- Bring 3 grams of milk thistle to a boil in 200 ml of water.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes. Make up for the water lost through evaporation by adding more water.
- Strain the mixture.
Dosage
Drink 3 cups a day, preferably before meals. This remedy is useful for liver diseases.
Notes
Milk thistle is very interesting for the treatment of certain food poisoning or overeating (including alcohol), for example, after a party or in case of stomach pain due to liver problems.
