Fumitory Infusion


Indications

  • The infusion of Fumitory regulates bile secretion.

Ingredients

For one cup of Fumitory tea, use:

  • 10 grams of the whole Fumitory plant (especially the part with the Fumitory flower)
  • About 200 ml water

Preparation

  1. Heat the water to boiling and add the boiling water over the Fumitory.
  2. Let the infusion rest for ten minutes (to get an effective dose of active ingredients).

Dosage

Drink one glass 2-3 times a day, preferably before meals.
