Ingredients
For one cup of grape vine infusion, use:
- 3 to 5 grams of red vine leaves
- 200 ml of water
Preparation
- Bring the water to a boil and add the red vine leaves.
- Let the infusion rest for ten minutes (to get an effective dose of the active substances).
Dosage
Drink a glass several times a day, for example: 2 times in the morning and in the evening.
