Ingredients
- 20 grams of lemon balm leaves
- 3 grams of angelica leaves
- 3 grams of coriander (fruit)
- 2 grams of cinnamon
- 0.5 grams of cloves
- 15 grams of lemon peel
- 1 liter of alcoholic drink (brandy, vodka)
- about 50 ml of honey (use warmed honey to facilitate adding to the preparation)
Preparation
- Put all the plants (lemon balm, angelica, coriander, cinnamon, clove, and lemon peel) into the alcoholic drink.
- Let this mixture marinate for 15 days. Stir occasionally. Add a little warmed honey if necessary.
- Filter the mixture and store in a tightly sealed jar away from heat.
Dosage
Drink about 30 drops of this mixture in a little water in case of digestive disorders.
