Lemon balm Water



Indications

Ingredients

  • 20 grams of lemon balm leaves 
  • 3 grams of angelica leaves
  • 3 grams of coriander (fruit)
  • 2 grams of cinnamon
  • 0.5 grams of cloves
  • 15 grams of lemon peel
  • 1 liter of alcoholic drink (brandy, vodka)
  • about 50 ml of honey (use warmed honey to facilitate adding to the preparation)

Preparation

  1. Put all the plants (lemon balm, angelica, coriander, cinnamon, clove, and lemon peel) into the alcoholic drink.
  2. Let this mixture marinate for 15 days. Stir occasionally. Add a little warmed honey if necessary.
  3. Filter the mixture and store in a tightly sealed jar away from heat.

Dosage

Drink about 30 drops of this mixture in a little water in case of digestive disorders.
