Rosemary Tincture



Indications

Ingredients

  • 80 g rosemary
  • 1 L fruit brandy
  • Other alcohols are also possible, such as vodka, but fruit brandy is preferable.

Preparation

  1. Let the rosemary rest in the fruit brandy in a jar for one month, protected from light.
  2. Shake the jar regularly (if possible twice a week).
  3. Filter the mixture.

Dosage

Apply with rubbing or massage on rheumatism and bruises.

Against toothache, perform mouth rinse for a long time.
