Definition of the pathology

Seborrhoeic dermatitis, also known as seborrhoeic psoriasis or seborrhoeic eczema, is a common skin inflammation that mainly affects the scalp, but can also occur on oily areas of the skin such as the sides of the nose, ears, beard, eyelids, eyebrows and chest, causing symptoms such as redness, patches and peeling.
