Vipera redi

Vipera Redi is a homeopathic remedy used in phlebology.

It is used to treat diseases affecting the veins, particularly phlebitis.

Phlebitis is caused by poor circulation, prolonged immobilisation in a cast, bed rest or a long flight.

Other factors can also promote phlebitis, such as trauma, surgery or certain diseases, such as cancer.

Certain treatments can also favour the development of phlebitis, such as chemotherapy or the contraceptive pill.

Vipera Redi presentation

Vipera Redi is a homeopathic remedy derived from the asp viper.

It is a very well-known animal in Italy and southern Europe.

The viper can be recognised by its head, which has two black V-shaped stripes.

It also has a reddish-brown skin and is about sixty centimetres long.

The homeopathic strain for the preparation of the remedy is prepared from the venom of the animal.

It is administered perlingually, which means that the granules have to be melted under the tongue.

Phlebology indications

Vipera Redi is indicated in phlebology for the treatment of circulatory disorders.

It is used in phlebology to treat superficial phlebitis or periphlebitis.

These conditions are often accompanied by venous or perivenous inflammation, which may be acute or chronic.

The inflammation causes pain and the formation of clots in the vein.

Paraphlebitis is a benign pathology visible under the skin.

The symptoms are worse when the person's legs are hanging down and when they stand up.

The condition may improve when the legs are elevated.
