Definition of the pathology

Low back pain is pain that occurs in the lumbar region, i.e. the lower back, and may or may not be accompanied by pain in the buttocks or legs, for example due to compression of the sciatic nerve, poor posture, herniated discs or osteoarthritis of the spine.
